  • No-show (failure to attend): If you do not attend a scheduled consultation and do not contact us in advance, the consultation fee may be non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

  • Requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time can typically be accommodated without additional charge, subject to availability.
  • For changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling may be treated similarly to a late cancellation depending on the circumstances.
